At Access Denied, we stand behind our high-performance athletic gear, but if your equipment doesn't meet your training standards, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to provide your order number and select the sports gear you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

  Secure the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all protective wraps and accessories are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
